Free yourself from sweetened, refined foods once and for all.
Go Sugar Free will teach you how.
I used to live with the pain you might be feeling right now: cravings, belly fat, adult acne, fatigue, low energy.
I grew up in the Midwest during the late 80s, early 90s, the age of fat-free everything. Fat-free and full of sugar. My family’s staples were bagels, Toaster Strudels®, Wheat Thins, cereal, Pop-Tarts®, frozen pizza, and “fruit” snacks (a laughable name). There’s a story my family tells of finding me eating only the marshmallows out of the Lucky Charms box in my sleep. The frosted wheat bits weren’t sweet enough.
Wheat and sugar were in virtually every meal at home and school. Since I was a skinny kid I didn’t think much of it, but by the time I was in college, I relied on sweets to de-stress. By my mid-twenties, I was edgy unless I had daily fixes, and I couldn’t figure out why I was struggling with adult acne (hint: it was the lemon bars, cheesecake, toast, “energy” bars, cookies…).
Once I was married, this addiction to sugar didn’t just affect me anymore, and it became a source of embarrassment and shame around my husband.
To make it all worse, my efforts to slowly wean off these foods never worked.
In 2012, I went cold turkey on all of it and won for good. It took time, but my waistline shrunk, my skin cleared, and my confidence around food became iron-clad. How I thought about food in public and private became the same. There was no other word to describe what I felt: freedom.
I designed Go Sugar Free to help you win that same freedom.
Go Sugar Free includes everything I wish I had when I was going sugar free alone:
- A present, devoted mentor

- Daily help

Every day for 67 days you’ll receive a concise, practical lesson by email. This daily aspect of the course is Go Sugar Free graduates’ favorite feature. The lesson includes one to two actionable steps each day to build your resolve. It also includes encouragement, recipes, videos, giveaways, and other surprises.
As the founder and teacher of the course, I am personally available to members daily. I’m unwavering in my commitment to help all members achieve their version of sugar free success.
Unlike 10-day “detoxes” or 30-day “challenges,” Go Sugar Free is a 9.5-week deep-rooted starting point to a happier way of life. Research has found it takes a person an average of 66 days to truly change a habit. We go one day longer just for good measure. It goes fast.
Go Sugar Free is live. That means there’s an incredible amount of interaction happening on a daily basis during (and after) the course. You can use the type of interaction that suits you best, whether it’s through our ultra-private community, group hangouts, private office hours, weekly check-ins—or all four.
We provide all our members lifetime access to Go Sugar Free. Yes, you read that right. Members get our continuously-improving course forever—at no extra cost. Every new lesson, improved feature, and fresh recipe is yours, long after Day 67 has passed.
Go Sugar Free members get access to a curated library of 1,175 course-friendly recipes. I hand-pick each recipe, and your fellow members rate and review them. Think allrecipes.com minus the added sweeteners and refined grains.
Go Sugar Free has attracted a community of helpful folks willing to help each other. We especially have a lot of members from Iowa, South Dakota, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, and we’re Midwesterners ourselves.

In my course, going sugar free looks different for every individual. This is imperative to success.
In Go Sugar Free, you decide what added sweetener and refined grain free look like for you, with my help. You’ll use comprehensive, interactive forms I developed exclusively for the course. I’ll guide you through the decision-making process, then hold you accountable in the way you like to be held accountable.
You can do this.
Living sugar free can be effortless, once you’ve done the hard work.
The members who get the best results in Go Sugar Free are those who go cold turkey and stay cold turkey. They don’t cut corners. They stay all-in. If you’re ready for that, this course can set you free from added sweeteners and refined grains for good.
We go very deep and narrow into the topic of sugar consumption not because it’s the be-all and end-all of health, but because going intensely added sweetener and refined grain free for a period of time is a tool that shows you what you’re capable of as a human being. It’s an opportunity to do something difficult and extremely rewarding, and it generates confidence that will carry forward into all aspects of your life. What you leave behind is far less than what you gain.
